A 25-year-old legacy system with high technical debt causes delayed approvals and data errors. Users need a mobile-friendly, self-service way to manage attendance and taxes.

2.1 Core User Flows

• Attendance Management: Employee logs in → Checks in via geo-fencing/SSO → Views monthly attendance summary.
• Leave Request: Dashboard → "Apply Leave" → Selects dates → Submits for manager approval → Receives push notification on status.
